You're right it wouldn't be fair to include the Camaro because mustang and charger wouldn't stand a chance!!

You're asking a question which is going to be answered strictly from passion as most people are die hards about one brand to the exclusion of all others. Your best bet is to look at past history. Cars that have held up well in the past probably will in the future also. The Dodges had a lot of rust out and just plain poor assembly problems which led to an early demise and made them a truly rare beast today. Fast? Yes! Good looking? Yes! Reliable? NO! NO! and NO! The Camaros were a bit better but still not good enough or popular enough to survive in very large numbers. Besides they were overweight beasts. They may have had more horses than the competition but the horsepower to weight ratio sucked. Which brings to the Mustangs. They had their good points and their bad points. But the good points were numerous enough to keep them going and still plentiful today. I don't see much difference when projecting their present day brand mates into the future. I think the present day Mustangs will be more available in the future than the Chargers or Camaros are for the same reasons that the old Mustangs are today.

What are you talking about? A base model V6 Mustang is better than any Camaro. The '69 Dodge Charger was an awesome car, the sedan that came out just ruined Chargers for me, but the new Shelby GT 500 KR or the Shelby GT 500 Super Snake would hands down beat any Charger or Camaro. With around 550-600 hp, those cars are amazing. A Camaro couldn't even come close to them, and a Charger would fall behind. Long Live the Mustang

You can vote or think bad of this all you want, it won't change the truth.

if you like plastic, get a bowtie, the charger is a high horse hemi with some body on it and a windshield to keep the bugs out of your teeth, then you diddnt mention WHAT Mustang you were comparing with it either. I have 3 cusins, 1 uncle and 2 aunts that worked at Chevy, any where from 17 yrs up to 32 years, they all but one drive Dodges, my Uncle was there 32 yrs and he was the first to get the dodge, a stratus. But hey, if you want to drive a Gay Man Catcher (GMC) have fun

I love all three cars, but I've had my 2007 Gt for almost a a year and a half and I still wake up every morning excited to drive to work! When I see any of these(with the exception of the 90's Mustangs) cars old or new I can't take my eyes off them! Sometimes I allow my boyfriend to drive my stang just so I can hear it growl as it pulls away!

you still see an occasional old Mustang or Camaro driving around. How often do you see an old HemiCuda or Charger? Never. Fords and Chevy's are a cut above the Chrylsers, and always have been. If I had a choice I'd take the Camaro.

Mustangs and Camaros are a dime a dozen. Chargers rule over both.
