i'm currently around 5'6 . will my body still grow more? is there anything i can do, i eat healthy i get enough sleep. any suggestions? thanks

my whole family is taller than me,except my mother, my dad is like around 5'9 and my older brother is like 5'8 or 5'9 and but mother is 5'0. so how does play out with me?

You can still grow more until you reach 21. But ultimately, your height is determined by genetics. If your dad is 5'7'', then you'll be around that height too.

Sorry, but there's really nothing you can do to grow taller. You'll just have to accept your height. :)

EDIT: Well you still have the potential to reach 5'9'' like your dad if you keep eating healthy. I know a friend who grew a couple of inches when he was around 19. So don't worry...

You can still grow until your at the age of twenty. After that every twenty years you shrink half of an inch.
