I am proud of what my people has survived and what my people has accomplished. Jews are probably the single people on this earth who have literally suffered more than any other single ethnic, religious, or racial group. This is not a contest to see who has suffered the most, it's just how it is.
At the same time, we have given the world religion, we were the co-founders (along with the Greeks, give them credit) of Western Civilization today as we know it. We gave the world the first effective legal system, where modern law still derives some pratices. We comprise less than 1% of the population, but we are probably the most overly represented people on this Earth in the fields of intelligentsia and academics. I mean for God's sake, we give the world religion, law, civilization, the polio vaccine (the two doctors were Jews), I mean, the guy who formulated the theories that made the atomic bomb was Jewish (Oppenheimer), in short, we've contributed more to the world than anyone on this Earth relative to total population. And that's not BS, it's verifiable fact. And still we are murdered and persecuted. Remember: "I will Bless those who Bless you and Curse those who Curse you." Every nation, state, empire, regime, etc that has tried to destroy us has been destroyed itself. We ARE the world's most unified people, and this is why our enemies cannot finish us. I am HONORED and PROUD to be Jewish.

yeah well, that's the popular belief tho i don't know how you could measure the suffering and persecution endured by other peoples compared to Jewish suffering. for instance ... the indigenous peoples of North American had all their lands stolen from them, were decimated by new diseases brought by white folks (sometimes purposely) . they were slaughtered and forced marched to barren reservations where there was often very little to live on. their children were taken from them and forced into Christian schools where they were forbidden to speak their own languages and practice their cultural religions. to this day Native Americans face gross discrimination and struggle to survive in the poverty ridden reservations. and no ... not all tribes make a living with gambling casinos.
yes, the Jewish People have had a long history of having to endure extreme hardships but their pain and suffering is no more and no worse than that experienced by other oppressed and persecuted people. you sure hear a lot more about Jewish suffering than you do of others, tho.
PS. tell truth, i'd rather see the BILLIONS of US taxpayer's dollars in welfare that goes to Israel every year go instead to lift the Native Americans out of the cruel conditions they've been forced to live in for the past 200-300 yrs.
PPS. there is genocide going on in Darfur RIGHT NOW but it's still all about the suffering of the Jews, as if Jewish pain is somehow more important then the pain of others. sorry, i'm just plain over the poor persecuted Jews routine, especially considering the truly heinous things the Israelis do to thier weaker Mulsim neighbors (weaker = not propped up by US $).

The entire group of Islam has been waging war against the Jews and you can see the crappy state they are in. I think that, more than anything else, testifies to whose side GOD is truly on.
Pretty much anyone who tries to take on the Jews gets pwn3d. Hitler, dead. Romans, dead. Palestinians, getting there. These groups are HUGE and very powerful, the former two economically, and the latter group belonging to muslim group a billion people strong, and yet they still get kicked down. There is a valuable lesson to be learned in all of this.

Um... no. See, the Jews were not wiped out (or nearly so) like so many tribal paths. If they were more harshly persecuted than any others, they wouldn't be around any more. Now, this doesn't mean they haven't been used as a scapegoat MANY times, it just means they weren't the biggest victims.
As for Judaism being the strongest... no comment.

As told in the Word of God, the Jews are the apple of God's eye, and He watches over us day and night. The resilience of the Hebrew race is due soley to God's devine favor. There are those of us who through the unfathomable grace of our Lord have had our spiritual eyes opened, and come to the understanding and knowledge that Jesus is Lord, Savior, Messiah, and God in the flesh, come to atone for our sins. The perfect sinless lamb of God, who now sits at the right hand of The Father. Soon to return as King of King's and Lord of Lord's. The conquering Messiah. Praise God!!

I've been told that Queen Victoria gave her heart to God because someone used the example of how God has consistently protected Israel for so many generations.
God loves the Jews dearly and He honors those nations who stand with Israel and protect her form her enemies.

Yes. The Jews are God's chosen people. I've been thinking of converting to Judaism as well, so (if I did) I could partake in that covenant.

They have been persecuted heavily, but also persecute and oppress. Just ask the thousands of Palestinians who struggle for food and water on a daily basis. Go check out amnesty international if you don't agree.

You are not correct in that contention. You have not read the bible carefully or you lack understading of the words of God written in the bible. You can not claimed that as Jew, you are the strongest man on earth.
