In a war you fight others that are out to kill you
the bible says "he that rises to kill, kill him first" or later translated "when one is out to kill you, wake up early and kill him"
so I know you must not understand most of what I said, and no , President Bush will not go to hell

It's amazing that all of you have it figured out where Bush is going after he dies. All because you disagree on politics. It's sad that in a country known for its pride, we sure don't share that pride with people who believe differently.

If this question was posed seriously, then you need to check your definition of murder. Don't get caught up in all the politics, it's only going to get worse until November. Religion is more intensely personal than you'll ever truly see from a politician on TV. It isn't up for us to decide in the first place.

Normally I'd join in the Bush-bashing but time out for that. That man has made many mistakes, and now we're just counting down to the 08 election when we can pop illegal fire crackers...just kidding.

Seems you equate war with murder. This makes me doubt your grasp of nuance.

So...as you don't believe in hell, what is your point? I suppose you want to make a statement that its somehow logically inconsistent for Christians to support Bush.

It comes off a little clumsy and unconvincing to me...

Just the opinion of one atheist, of course

You're not paying attention. God actually told Bush to go to war. This absolves him from any wrongdoing. He's just going after the "evil doers" on God's order. George Bush and his followers are God's chosen people. God also speaks directly to Pat Robertson.

When you command the most powerful army in the world you don't believe in Hell or in God; you believe in yourself, even when you are wrong.
Politicians and wealthy people don't believe in God, they just pretend they do for us (sheep) to follow their example.

Not my place to say. Sad to say, I think that but, even as people, we make exceptions for extreme circumstances like mental deficiency. Do you know what his fate is?
