*Twas the month before Christmas*
*When all through our land,*
*Not a Christian was praying*
*Nor taking a stand.*
*See the PC Police had taken away,*
*The reason for Christmas - no one could say.*
*The children were told by their schools not to sing,*
*About Shepherds and Wise Men and Angels and things.*
*It might hurt people's feelings, the teachers would say*
* December 25th is just a " Holiday ".*

*Yet the shoppers were ready with cash, checks and credit*
*Pushing folks down to the floor just to get it!*
*CDs from Madonna, an X-BOX, an I-pod*
*Something was changing, something quite odd! *
*Retailers promoted Ramadan and Kwanzaa*
*In hopes to sell books by Franken & Fonda.*
*As Targets were hanging their trees upside down*
* At Lowe's the word Christmas - was no where to be found.*
*At K-Mart and Staples and Penny's and Sears*
*You won't hear the word Christmas; it won't touch your ears.*

*Inclusive, sensitive, Di-ver-si-ty*
*Are words that were used to intimidate me.*
*Now Daschle, Now Darden, Now Sharpton, Wolf Blitzen*
*On Boxer, on Rather, on Kerry, on Clinton !*
*At the top of the Senate, there arose such a clatter*
*To eliminate Jesus, in all public matter.*
*And we spoke not a word, as they took away our faith*
; * Forbidden to speak of salvation and grace*

*The true Gift of Christmas was exchanged and discarded*
*The reason for the season, stopped before it started.*
*So as you celebrate "Winter Break" under your "Dream Tree"*
*Sipping your Starbucks, listen to me.*
*Choose your words carefully, choose what you say*

*Shout MERRY CHRISTMAS ,

not Happy Holiday!*

And Christians would be more like what...the Grinches that Stole Christmas...from the Pagans?

I disagree.

Whats the problem with taking "Jesus" away in a "public" manner? Nothing!

You still can celebrate Christmas! Just because something isn't "public", it doesn't mean you can't celebrate it. People are all like "if Christmas is removed from the public, then there will be no Christmas". Isn't that being a hypocrite?

This Holiday has always been CHRISTmas. If we were to go to a foreign country where CHRISTmas was NOT the official holiday, we as Christians would not be allowed to celebrate it, and in some places even executed for doing so!! NO ONE is trying to not give other faiths or religions a voice in this country. So why are they trying to take OUR voice and faith away? Either knowingly or as a puppet they are doing Gods' enemies work! I SAY MERRY CHRISTMAS. Amen!

to the dude that talks about church and state...how bout reading up on that subject before commenting about it buddy...separation of church and state only existed so that a national church/religion wasn't created like the Church of England...it wasn't meant to remove religion from government

Happy HOLIDAYS! See I prefer to also acknowledge the Jewish faith, the Muslim faith and all the other faiths out there. Don't worry, the Happy Holidays also means merry Christmas for you Christians.

What... is somebody angry that other religions are demanding to be heard as well, and that the separation of church and state is actually being enforced?

I'm afraid you'll just have to live with the fact that Christians are NOT in charge of everything.

Blessed Yule to you and yours.
