Attempted murder? And you think $90k (reduced to 45k) is excessive? Considering that bail bondsman only require 10% collateral, that is either 9 grand or 4500 bucks. Not sure how that is excessive for someone who is charged with the attempt to kill someone!!!

Not comprehending what you are asking for certain. But in my opinion, there should be NO bail for any attempted murders, 1st, 2nd or otherwise.

DO YOU ON AN AVERAGE
BAIL FOR 2ND DEGREE? IS THIS WHAT YOUR ASKING.

EXCESSIVE BAIL IS SET BY THE JUDGE AT A PRELIMINARY HEARING. NORMALLY BAIL IS NOT SET IN CASES OF MURDER, ATTEMPTED MURDER ETC BECAUSE OF THE LIKELY HOOD OF ONCE OUT FLIGHT TO AVOID PROSECUTION.
