To be a friend = phileo
Brotherly love = philadelphia
Agape:
Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Phileo:
Revelation 3:19 KJV - As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
Philadelphia:
Revelation 3:7 - And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
Also, the word "Philadelphia" (as in the city) means "brotherly love; hence Philadelphia has that knickname.

"Phileo" comes from the Greek word for brother. So a phileo love would be a brotherly love. "Agape" is a word found only the New Testament, and is used to refer to a divine love.
