Sometimes it gets sweaty because your nerves about something or is just that your blood is cold, so all you have to do is exercise your hand, so that your blood would warm up.

Well depending on your age it could be your hormones (sweaty hands) or you might need to get your blood pumping by working out. (cold hands)

I get that too, I believe it's poor circulation, lower amounts of blood being pumped into the extremities causes them to get cold and stay cold.

Low blood pressure. If you move your hands more, they will warm up. Your heart has to work a little harder to get warm blood to your hands. I have the same problem. Be happy! You don't have to worry about high blood pressure!

i got the same thing but the army helped. just drink A LOT of f***ing water itll help.
