I use a high oven temp (450 F) and toss the potatoes (if fresh) in just a little oil. Then place on crumpled up aluminum foil...the crumpled foil allows more of the potato strips to be exposed to the heat which helps them get crispy. I turn them once or twice while baking.

when u put the fries on the baking sheet I drizzle them with some oil and toss them around till their all covered well I add the salt and seasoning and them I put them in the oven untill they turn crispy light brown :)

spray cooking pan spray on the fries. Pam or something like that
