American Women Were Jailed and Stared Themselves During the Suffurage Movement.
Why should America fight every countries battle? Don't they have to stand on their own and fix their own countries like we do in the US?

The uneducated leader in politics and religions lead the Muslim women to this situation most of the people answered this question with out a real knowledge about Islam rules, since1400 years the situation was different now the Islamic world is down because of its leadership, I agree that they have to fight for their rights but there is something before fighting for women rights that they have to fight for their countries rights and then they can get the women rights they want

Yes the American went through some hard times to get the right to vote but they weren't under the threat of being stoned to death or having their head cut off. But you are right we can't fight every countries battle.

Because muslim women can be stoned in many countries for speaking out. I don't recall too many stonings in America.

Yes, American women were jailed when they protested. In some countries, Muslim women are killed for showing skin, so I'm sure political activism would earn them a death sentence.

I am not for our soldiers loosing their lives for other countries either.
You know from what I read not only was it a danger to defy men in a muslim country The women were also denyed education... They knew if they kept them stupid they would be more likely to cooperate.
Thanks for asking. I am interested to see the other answers.

They would very much like to avoid getting stoned.
Although, as a matter of fact, there are quite a few muslim women's organisations that work and fight very hard for women's rights - as RAWA did under the Taliban regime in Afghanistan (Oprah Winfrey even featured their struggle on one of her talk-shows). I think your comment shows a lack of basic research into this line of enquiry.

and how do you know that the Muslim Women doesn't have their rights already? where you got that idea from?
is the women rights come from that they can sleep with any man out of the marriage? does it freedom mean that they can walked naked in street and to show their bodies to every one? and do you know that america (administration) wars have left millions of women without their husbands, fathers, and even kids too? is that what you called fighting for?

Because fundamentalist Muslims have a tendency to execute people with whom they do not agree. That didn't happen during the women's suffrage movement in America.
