If it was just a scratch, you should have washed it thoroughly five days ago. Application of some anti bacterial formula would have been a good idea too.
If it is still bothering you, go see a doctor.
If you don't like doctors, go find a qualified alternative healer. I am one, but I won't spam Q&A with my contact info.
Though it is possible, it is unlikely to get rabies from a scratch. The only way it could happen is if an infected animal licked the scratch soon after you got scratched.
Cat scratch fever gives the medical doctors some head aches, but is easy to care for with specific alternatives.
There are alternative therapies for most bacterial and viral infections and some venoms. I have witnessed this myself in my alternative practice. If you plan on choosing an alternative method for healing, find a qualified practitioner, ask questions and educate yourself on alternative first aid.
Other wise, go see a doctor.

This is highly unlikely to have occurred, but there truly is something called "Cat scratch fever" in which an infection from the cat affects the body. I have seen it. I know that there's a song titled that, and it sounds completely false, but I have 100% seen it. My mom got it when I was young (she passed away, not as a result, but not long after). The cat attacked her and the back of her hand got as big as maybe a softball and very red. She was hospitialized and animal control killed the cat and had it tested for rabies. It didn't have it, but my mom sure got a bad infection from it.
Anyway... this is highly unlikely that this happened to you. Just keep the cut very clean (you did wash it afterwards, right?), use antibiotic ointment and a bandage. I can almost promise you will be fine.

My kids got "cat scratch fever" from handling kittens. The scratch site got red and swollen, Lymph node glands in their neck got hard and swollen, I don't think the Dr gave us any meds to treat it, just warned us not to let the children pick up the kittens. Now, if the cat had bit you, cat bits get very infected and can lead to all sorts of bad things, it's very important to get a cat BITE treated right away, but the scratch, get some neosporin, keep a clean bandage on it until it scabs over, then take band aid off and let heal.

A cat scratch may not bring you anything but a booboo for a few days. Use an antibiotic cream like neosporin and a bandage for a couple days. If it is not healing and you feel sick like with the flu, you may have to be checked for 'cat scratch fever,' which is a bacteria some cats have in their systems. It's not terrible, but it is treatable. I wouldn't worry unless you start feeling really sick.

If it isn't infected yet and it's been 5 days, quit worrying about it. What you really need to worry about is if a cat bites you. Cat bites almost always get infected, and it happens fast. One would think that the claws would be the worst because you know where their paws have been, but it's their teeth we need to be very careful of.

Depends whether it's and indoor cat or outdoor. But if the owner takes good care of them, you should have no problem.
