Lube will help for a start. Try to get her really hot before so she gets wetter. You can play with her using your hand first. You'll be able to feel when she's getting wet and you can gradually put one finger in after another. If you can get to three or even four she should be loose enough. You can focus on her clit with your hand to loosen things up nice.

Are you sure you are an adult? I mean you misspelled intercourse. Anyway it does point to her not being ready mentally. You might actually be to big for her. That happened to me one time and the guy and I actually stopped seeing eachother because of it. Next time try using lots of lube and gently ease it in. Good luck!
