I work from home but do you want a JOB or home based business as you are not clear. I have done both, the from home job and currently home based business.
I recently wrote a blog about advice for working from home... you can find a link to it in the 2nd paragraph of my profile here.
Somewhere in the comments, you will find a link to two REAL, LEGIT JOB sites with several different options.
~best of luck and if I can help further, let me know

The Internet has simplified everything from shopping to banking and now even employment has been made easier because you can have a job online. That is right, as amazing as it sounds you can work from the comfort of your home, while travelingmore pre-screened home based employment opportunities than any other website. If you're interested in making money from home, this is certainly the website to check out!

Pretty much all of the work from home websites are.... well, grossly exaggerating at least. If you read them carefully, they usually say there is POTENTIAL for making $x, not promising that you will. And many say they'll give you information, not that they'll give you a job. But they word it to sound like they are promising something very different from what they provide.

Most of them are scams.
I once sent $10 to a place promiseing to give me a list of busineses that were hiring. What I got back were several pieces of paper xeroxed straight from the yellow pages of the telephone directory. That was a scam. Have never done that again.
