Penguins In Hawaii

The only place that has penguins in Hawaii is Sea Life Park on Oahu. They have a small flock of penguins that have been there for years. Unfortunately, they don't have any programs that involve the penguins directly. Just some shows that feature them.

Check out the Sea Life Park website for information on what they do have available.

Happy travels!

HIlton hawaiian village has penguins and so does sea life park. But neither of these places allow you to touch or feed the penguins.

You can sometimes touch dolphins at Sea Life Park but the penguins are in a climate controlled environment (for obvious reasons).

There are penguins at the Hyatt Regency hotel on Kaanapali Beach on Maui. But you are not allowed to touch or feed them.

Pictures and reviews of that hotel and other Maui hotels and resorts and condos are on the Hotels-Condos tab of

Sea Life Park has penguins that perform in one of their shows. But there are no opportunities to interact with them.

you can see penguins play and watch them be fed at the Hilton Hawaiian in Waikiki and the Hyatt Regency Maui, but they don't let you interact with them. They're not tame like the dolphins in the swimming with the dolphins programs.

But they are very cute!
