If you believe the standard Christine doctrine about resurrection, then we shall have glorified bodies in Paradise. And we shall have gender.
Angels are described in the Bible as large, powerful and handsome men.

Angels don't have gender. This as opposed to what we think that they're male or female. Genders are just made to put some sort of 'masculinity' characteristics such as Michael being the Angle who drove Satan(or Lucifer) Out of Heaven. Although it was mentioned in the Bible that he is one of the 'chief princes' (Daniel 10:13) angels are not to be "gender-ized".
There is also a profound statement in the “New Testament” , a professed statement, alleged to Jesus Christ, claiming that angels do not have gender.
"For when they rise from the dead, they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven."(Mark 12:25)
Whenever gender is specifically “assigned” to an angel in Scripture, it is male (Genesis 19:10-12; Revelation 7:2; 8:3; 10:7). However, this does not necessarily indicate that angels are male. Matthew 22:30 seems to indicate that angels are “sexless,” without gender: “At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.” If angels do not procreate, there is no need for gender, at least not in the sense of human gender distinctions.
It is us who give them their gender. If we feel that they're to be a male of a female, and we are at ease of what (gender) they may be, rest assured we do assume their gender and so as to other angels, by the sound of their name being feminine or masculine.

The bible does not state if angels are male or female, they are usually stated or appear as male, especially in the Old Testament.
However according to Matthew 22:30 Jesus says, “At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.” If there is no marriage in heaven, this seems to indicate no need for male or female.
However please note that I said may indicate. I could find no place in the Bible that says angels are male or female.

well your 2nd question is easy we as humans in order to comprehend things above our current levels of comprehension resort to familiarizing or labeling things so we feel as though we grasp this or that. Your 1st question do they have genders: i believe and read that some angels were once human or alive in a body so maybe these in particular are a male or female. although gender im sure loses some if not all its significance in spirit form.

I always think of them as Female, but I was talking to a girl named Gabrielle who told me she couldn't possibly have been named after the Angel because the Archangel is a male! I guess it's all how you see it. Maybe some are females and others are males, but I tend to think of them as gender neutral or genderless, or just gender-not-important. (like deity)

I believe angels are of the male gender. There's no reference of there ever being a woman angel in the Bible. At all, anywhere.

Actually, in the movie Constantine...Gabriel was sort of gender-neutral, but I wouldn't think they'd be either. Genders are for the purpose of procreating, and if Angels don't procreate, what's the point? And...the Bible was written by men. Back then, they really thought women were inferior, so in their minds...a powerful godly being would probably be male.

Genesis 6:4 "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."
The "Sons of GOD" in this reference has been occasionally been considered a reference to Angels, specifically the Grigori, who gave rise to the Nephilim. This reference is considered by most to be apocrypha, but there you have it. :D
