does anyone believe that gays and lesbians are still truly gay and lesbian when they convert to Christianity and become straight. are they just pretending to be straight, when in reality they're truly gay and lesbian, or are they truly straight when they convert to Christianity and regret being gay and lesbian, believing how sinful their life was before their conversion.

When anyone asks Jesus into their heart, start a personal relationship with the Lord and repent of their sins, God gives them strength to say no to things they used to say yes, to.
With God, all things are possible. He wants us to be successful. He loved us enough to die for us when we were still sinners. He loves all of us...but not all of us are His children.

They are so filled with self-loathing and trying so hard to repress their natural urges so they can fit in with the culture around them - it's just so sad. Yes, they're still gay or lesbian. No, they shouldn't have to change to be a Christian.
People will be so much better off when they realize that homosexuality is a natural variation, documented in 1,500 species. It is not more deviant than having blue eyes on a planet full of brown-eyed people, or being left-handed in a world of righties. Why can't everybody just get sane, and be who they naturally are?! It would be so much healthier for everybody!

This is a myth. They have been brain washed into submission. It has not been known for them to change. It has been known for them to act straight or risk losing their families, friends, possibly jobs, church families and social standing of any sort. From the number of "straight", "married" and "Christian" men you can find cruising in any given town, I have to say I don't buy it. I've seen too many of them go one town over to pick up a dude at a gay bar, then come home to wifey. It is how at least one gay man I know got fired from a teaching position. The "straight" father of one of his students spotted him at a gay bar and rushed to get him fired. (Can't have the kiddies' teacher spilling the beans back home!)

Those are gays. As a true gay-sexual, I can tell you those people are bisexual and are just luring you in so the can have sex with you. I mean it's not like everyone of these "Exodus" type groups haven't openly said that you cannot change people sexual orientation going so far as to invent a new orientation for some the so-called "not gay" orientation. No, you're clearly on to their elaborate rouge and good for you.

I think that if I knew someone that was gay and converted to Christianity and became straight I would be interested in talking to them about it.
But, as a general question I don't see much to discuss. I'm kind of creeped out that anyone would wonder about something like this.
Sorry if that's too personal, It's just how I feel.

That really is a good question...
But to have the true and accurate answer...
You would have to ask EVERY gay or lesbian when they convert to know. Why they convert is known only to them.
And to ask every one ... that might be a rather daunting task.

why would a self respecting gay person convert to christianity and choose to fake being straight.
i dont know why anyone would wanna do that. i dont believe in hell for gays, especially since they are often better people then some straights, how can a loving god condem those good people for who they shag. its pathetic,

you don't hear too much about the priests molesting nuns, do you?......since it's almost always these guys that like to wear dresses and molest altar boys, I'd have to concede that they pretend to be straight
