Tattoos are forbidden in Islam. It is believed that you cannot properly clean for praying with tattoos, and you are also altering what Allah has given you. If you see Muslim women with tattoos on their faces, they tend to not completely understand their religion and those who do often regret getting them.

Why not go for temporary tattoos? Or you can use henna, which is widely used among Muslim women?
