It has a Shelby style hood but it is not a Shelby Mustang. Perhaps it is a misprint but under body style it says "coupe" and there were no 1967 Shelby coupes that I know of. There were a few experiments in 66 with convertibles and a coupe or two but I don't think there were any done in 1967. By that time Shelbys were no longer being made by the Shelby crew as he had lost the lease on the building. The changeovers were being done by KarKraft which I believe was based in Michigan. Convertibles would return in 1968. It's impossible to compare it to a 69 Mach 1 because the 67 has so much custom work done to it. If you did comparable work to a 69 you could have a similar car. This custom car and a stock 69 Mach 1 is an unfair comparison. As for the 67, it's a hell of nice a car, a true show car, a great piece of automotive work even if it's not practical as a daily driver, but the one thing it isn't......is a Shelby Mustang. I'm also inclined to think if it was, it would have been listed as a Shelby Mustang in the spec breakdown.
