My English is poor but my bf is a British. He usually texts me starts with "Hi Gorgeous!". What should I call him with similar meaning? Is it "Hi Handsome!"? lol

Hi Handsome is the equivalent, he thinks you are pretty so calls you Gorgeous. So you would be right to call him Handsome.

Hi Handsome or Hi Sexy would have a similar effect. Handsome would be more PG while Sexy would be more R (I applogize if you do not know our Movie rating system)

If he's handsome call him handsome if he's ugly call him ugly.
Smiley is a good neutral word.

I call my boyfriend beautiful.

Because he is. So that would be a nice compliment.

Give it a try & see how he reacts.
