Such a prohibition is NOT in the Bible.
The story of Cam "discovering Noah's nudity" has been used by some to justify enslavement of black people, though.
Elsewhere in the Old Testament you will find occasions in which mixing is encouraged, others the contrary, but the criteria was the other people's idolatry, not skin color.
In the New Testament, there is no difference between Jew and Greek, Male or Female, Free or Slave.

The Bible does not say that people should marry only their own race. Prejudice against black people is an entirely American phenomenon, and it's a scar our nation has had to bear ever since slavery. I think it's ignorant and disgraceful that our great country continues to mistreat an entire population of people based on skin color. God does not condone this. He loves all of us the same.

When it refers to this, it's not really so much black on white, but Jews with non-jews. At the time (I'm not sure if they still do, and would welcome the enlightenment :-))they pretty much regarded themselves a race of their own. I'm not sure if they actually are a seperate race or not (again, would welcome enlightenment.)
But the idea was for Hebrew people to not mix with non-Hebrew people.

no, i don't believe there is anythig that says that. honestly i wouldn't pay much attention if it did say it. there is not enough love in the world as it is without trying to tell people they can't love somebody because they have more pigmented skin. seems kinda silly when you look at it like that.

Absolutely not!!!!!!! Matter of fact there are clear examples of interracial marriage in the Bible, honored by God. Only a racist would feel that way!!
