From what I can see of the website they are legit and not a McDojo. They have programs but none allow you to sign up into a Black Belt program or guarantee you any rank. That is a good sign.

I think it would be good.

this place is the bomb this is the florida base of gracie jujistu! if it doesnt ring a bell then maybe you arent that knowledgeable on the gracies. you should check them out. there are some great places in florida to train this is one of the top tier in possiblyly the best state in america for training facilities. probably better than cali! the best plave to train which is tried tested and proven is american top top team which is probably the best place in the world to train mma or just regular martial arts. i will give you a link to thier website. if you dont want to go to att then go here check this place out and trust me its for real aint no gracie place an mc dojo. they have been exposing mcdojos for a long time. american top team has several gyms and if you want to excell you will end up training at the main place.

To me, IMHO, it seems to be heading down the road to McDojoville. I have seem some Gracie schools that have GJJ blue belt programs. If you pay and show up for X amount of classes you get a blue belt.

I am not a fan of BJJ, but I don't think that the BJJ founding community would sit still and watch their art have the prefix "Mc" attached to it.
