How can a nutered male kitten still get a *****? I thought once, and yes they are, the balls were removed they couldn't have the urge anymore.

It may just be some little instinct, but it shouldn't do anything.

My neutered 16 year old male gets 'happy' on my furry bathrobe about twice a year, so they still have a little urge left, but not much.

The urge is sometimes still there but the ability to finish went bye-bye with his doo-dads.
