Well, I just got my ears pierced a couple days ago and I was allergic to the earrings. My mom just took them out today a couple hours ago, cuz it hurt me and it was itchy. Other people said that I shouldn't have taken them out and now I have to get them re-pierced...my ears are bumpy, barely red, and it has kinda pimple-like stuff on it. I don't think I'll be able to put another pair of earrings on cuz the hole is closing up. Should I have taken them out or not? Cuz I'm worried. And what if it happens again when I get my ears re-pierced? It was my first piercing. My little sister got them with me, but nothing's wrong with her ear. It's perfectly fine and she got the same earrings too! How come it's happening to me? I'm worried...and do you guys have any suggestions on what stores to go to? Cuz I need to go to one that sells for cheap, like $20 more or less?

That happened to me the first time I pierced my ears. You are allergic to whatever the earings were made of. Probably nickle.
Yes, you were right to have taken them out. You will have to get them re-pierced but it's not a big deal. Just make sure they are completely healed first (wait a few months)
You need to buy 14 karat gold earings. Trust me. DO NOT wear anything other than 14 karat gold or you will have the same reaction. Some people are just more sensitive than others.

Yes it is good you took them out. Infected ears can be dangerous especially if you get a knot under the ear lobe. You are probably allergic to the nickle in the earrings and will need to find ones that state "nickle free" not just for sensitive ears or hypoallergenic cause sometimes they still have nickle in them. I'm highly allergic so I get mine from "Simply Whispers" catalog or online. You can find them in the stores more nowadays than when I 1st became allergic. Good Luck!

You are probably allergic to nickel. Unfortunately it is in many
earrings, including gold ones.
Purchase allergy free or sensitive ears earrings for the next time, and stick with them.

try gold earrings or white gold ones so then ur eaars might not be allergic to themm
'cause my ears are allergic to like plastic earrings and silver or metal ones T_T;
