what dose the koran teach? why dose thier solutions end in violence? are they not taught to turn the other cheek? are they not taught to love and forgive?

And worship Allah and associate naught with Him, and show kindness to parents, and to kindred, and orphans, and the needy, and to the neighbour who is a kinsman, and the neighbour who is a stranger, and the companion by your side, and the wayfarer, and those whom your right hands possess. Surely, Allah loves not the arrogant and the boastful;
Surely, those who believe and the Jews and the Christians and the Sabians - whichever party from among these truly believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds, shall have their reward with their Lord, and no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.
When the angels said, 'O Mary, Allah gives thee glad tidings of a son through a Word from Him; his name shall be the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, honoured in this world and in the next, and of those who are granted nearness to God;
O ye who believe! be steadfast in the cause of Allah, bearing witness in equity; and let not a people's enmity incite you to act otherwise than with justice. Be always just. That is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allah. Surely, Allah is Aware of what you do.

The Qur'an teaches to follow ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala) and follow the Prophet Muhammad(PBUH*). The Qur'an is the word of God and the last & final revelation revealed to Muhammad(PBUH*) as a guidance to all mankind and Jinn. ALLAH(Subhanna wa ta'ala) is protecting the Qur'an from being changed or altered by mankind like the Injeel(Gospel) and Torah were. Many people have tried to change the Qur'an and have failed. Muslims are not allowed to use violence as it is haraam(forbidden) to harm innocents. The Qur'an is a guide for Muslims lives as well as the Hadiths(sayings of the prophet peace be upon him).

The main idea of our presence here on earth is a large test , testing you wether you are good person or not ,deserve to go to paradise or hell.
It is main principles is try to spread peace and love all over the world not only with humans but with every single thing.
Human with different races can cooperate together and live happily respecting each other's righs.
respecting woman,seeking prosperity and help the needy.

The best 'dose' the Quran gives you is self confidence because you end up putting your trust in God. If you don't believe me, try taking that 'dose' when you are truly down and depressed and see if it helps. The only side effect is addiction :-)
