Try appling vaseline in the morning and at night. This always helps me. You can get it at a local drug store. Hope it helps!

Do this! Use an exfoliator on them. I love Mary Kay's lip exfoliator and balm. But you can use anything, really. Even exfoliators for face and body. Cake some onto your lips, leave it on for three to five minutes, then dampen a washcloth with warm water, and gently rub the exfoliator in small circles in your lips. Then wipe it off, and top with a lip balm, or even vaseline. Do this nightly and voila! Silky lips!

use dr. feelgood from benefit. it works awesome! it comes with a tube of buffing beads that you rub on your lips then you wipe it off and it also comes with a tube of lip balm that you put on after. it lasts forever because you only have to use a little bit each time. it really makes your lips super soft!

One thing you can do is use a toothbrush and "scrub" your lips and apply some lip balm like carmex.
