Although the saturation on this shot is weak, it is nicely lit. The back lighting highlighting their hair and all the features of the faces are quite clear. The expressions are nice, too. A little tweaking in Photoshop and, yes, it could.

I highly doubt it. Even the generic photos that go in the frames are professional looking. That just looks like a snapshot of 2 kids going to prom.

I dont do face book, but from what I saw, if it was cropped well, it is crude enough to pass for generic frame filler
