Lashes:
for the sportscar idea - 50 lashes, because I said so.
for the fine restaurant idea - 2 lashes.

20 for all except C and F, for C you get a slap on the wrist, but only if you take the judge for a ride in it and for F, well lets just say that 20 lashes would be better.
