Being a Christian, and a Baptist, it is my humble opinion that picking ones "own nose" is NOT a sin. However picking somelses nose or not properly disposing of the findings might in fact be a sin.
The random picking of ones nose is natural. Sometimes a blowing of the nose will not remove what needs to be romoved. When one extracts the bothersome booooger one must make a consious effort to dispose of said boooooger in the appropriate manner, this could be simply using a napkin or tissue.
It is my opinion that should one decide to dispose of the booooger by flicking it, or wiping it on someone, then at that point a sin would be committed.
In the event of an emergency nose picking where a napkin or tissue cannot be located then wiping the culprit booger on ones own clothes is an acceptable alternative...

No - it does seem strange that they missed that natural bodily function, though, doesn't it? Also you can take a dump anywhere - that's not in there either. Hey, peeing is legal too! Amazing. And I think the location does not matter either! Well, its nice the government worries about that for us.
