Same way you would confuse anybody else!! Being a jewish person, is a Religion, most people fail to recognize this.
That's like asking, how do you confuse a catholic, lutheran, pagan, muslim, christian etc. You might try asking the question a different way!!!!
Jews are too smart, to be that easily confused.
