It sounds like it is the flu, but you should see your doctor just to make sure.

Symptoms of flu include:

fever (usually high)
headache
extreme tiredness
dry cough
sore throat
runny or stuffy nose
muscle aches
Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, also can occur but are more common in children than adults

You should see a doctor and have an examination. You can't listen to strangers on the internet that can't see what is going on with you. The temp sounds like and infection and not something to play around with. Not only are you allowing your body to get worse without treatment but you could be infecting others around you.

Think of how many people you contact a day and spread your germs to them. If you don't get treated until after you've spread it to others in your home, the chances are good that when you do get some better your resistance will be low and you'll have it all over again. A very vicious cycle that doesn't need to even happen.

I got the same thing on Thanksgiving. The fever part stinks!
I put an ice pack on my head more than once.
Take Sudafed PE to deal with the nose.
Take Vicks 44 D for the coughing.
Take NyQuil at night.
Try to rest and drink liquids (water, tea, soup).

Go to the doctor, it could be an infection. It could be lots of things, pneumonia for one, brochitis. You might need an X-ray and or antibiotics. If you feel that bad, don't waste time here, seek an opinion's advice.

dont worry , its probably not the plague

sounds like it could either be flu, pneumonia, or bronchitis (that would explain the blood u coughed up)

otherwise , i dunno
but u must go to the doctor!!!

Most likely it is the flu.
You may also get these symptoms if you have some form of infection or virus that your body is trying to manage

Sounds like flu; go to your pharmacy and ask the pharmacist what the best over the counter flu relief is...or go to your doctor.
