Ms.Jill Smith and Ms. Jane Doe, just as you would do Mr. John Smith and Ms. Jane Doe for a heterosexual couple who had different names.

Do it like you would for a hetero couple, married or not, who have different last names and titles.
Mr. Bob Smith and Dr. Jane Smith
Mr. Bob Smith and Ms. Sally Jones
Ms. Sally Jones and Dr. Jane Smith

Umm, they're obviously not married as that's not exactly "legal" yet, so I would write it as follows:
Ms. Jane Smith and Ms. Sue Doe
123 Main Street
City, State. Zip

Are they a married couple? If so use their full names on the invitation Ms. A and Ms. B.

I even have little tolerance to badly written and or bland articles. yet apart from that, i'm appalled to pay attention that there are nonetheless some homophobic establishments in recent times. i think sorry for the girl and her better half, and that i'm happy that they are in a extra suited college. I desire them the two the suited.

If they live together I wouldn't send them two separate invites- you wouldn't do that to a married couple, that could be potentially offensive.
