When happens to scarred tissue as a person ages (60yrs and on)? If someone had a gridwork pattern of keloid scarification covering their whole body, would their body be more youthful, non-saggy, and more taught than a normal person. Would the scarred person have any advantages, or will the scars themselves just become paper thin as well?

Scarred person appears to be of no advantages as aging takes place.

As an effect of aging, regression in collagen fibers accumulated in scarring seem to lessen the appearance of scars, however, decrease in extracellular matrix and its support for epidermis counteract such effect. Scars become more pronounced and may appear as wrinkles. Aging-related atrophy of subcutaneous muscles can aggravate the situation.
