Edinburgh is officially the best place to live. The evidence is that it regularly wins the poll of the best place, despite the house prices.
Manchester is an unpleasent city with severe race and crime problems despite what others say.
The other post industrialised cities are modern day slums.
Glasgow, on the other hand is not as bad as people say.
Debes vivir en Edimburgo. Tiene muchos estudiantes y siempre ha sido una cuidad con ambiente y mucha historia.
La mayoría de extranjeros allí son muy felices.
¡Suerte!

I would live in Ludlow, Shropshire. As well as having some of the most beautiful buildings of any English town it has Britain's first supermarket selling only locally sourced produce as well as a lively street market and interesting shops of all types. The town is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in England and has a refreshingly low crime rate.

Edinburgh. It recently came top in a poll of best places to live in the UK and as a Scottish Lassie, I can say its definately worth considering. I was born in Glasgow and as much as I loved it, I always preferred Edinburgh

It depends what you are looking for. I live in Manchester and it has a lot to offer but I have lived in Chester aswel which is smaller city but i enjoed it more there. There is alot of crime in certain areas of manchester. Chester was great because its got everything you could need on a smaller scale and its steeped in history and culture and the people seemed friendlier.

Edinburgh is the nicest place (according to the best places to live), London has got so many people but its got no soul, Glasgow is really nice, as is Dublin. You cant go wrong with York. Don’t go to Manchester or Leeds they suck

Your English is a lot better than that of some of the English people on here....................
The English Westcountry (Devon and Cornwall) is unbeatable. Advantages: Beautiful scenery, mild climate, low crime rate, friendly natives (the few that are left). Disadvantages: low earnings, sky-high house prices, a lot of rain, highest water bills in the country.

Why do you opt for to stay in a u . s . you obviously comprehend no longer something about? human beings have a go at Brits for being ignorant in regard to foreigners, even as it truly is the foreigners who're far extra ignorant about the united kingdom. go someplace like Slovakia or Romania, places that are not afflicted by mass immigration from ignorant pigshits.
