During my gym class it hurts when running and stretching. When we go to our whieght room it only hurts when stretching my back. When doing my situps the pain becomes very painfull. i'v tryed to tell my mother but she seems to think that its just growing pains. i have let this go for about two months. The pain went away for all of my summer then when i started to move around a lot the pain got worse.

Gym Class, I assume you have a Teacher? Therefore ask the teacher as they should be able to assist in the correct techniques on using gyms. Might just be you need more warming up exercises.

Im familiar with your situation, I’ve had back pain long ago.
