well some ppl answered well..so there is no buddhist god..they believe in evolution and most likely the big bang and all that.
anyway i know that a buddhist seeks nirvana and then when he dies (parinirvana) his soul will dissapear from all existance

Brahma is the Hindu God of creation. Buddhists believe in the natural laws of science, with a system of rebirth involving the energy created through our mental processes(karma) resonating to create our future lives, until we reach enlightenment, and exit the wheel of births.

Brahma is recognized in Buddhist cosmology, but he isn't a creator god. Buddhists were among the first to use the argument from infinite regression to dismiss the notion of a creator (i.e. who created the creator? who created the creator of the creator? etc.). The Buddha made no definitive statements about the origin of the universe. The closest he came was when he said that "no beginning can be discerned".

He did however discuss suffering and its origin. In fact, this is the basic message of Buddhism. I suggest you read up on the Four Noble Truths.

Brahma is the Hindu Creator. Buddhists don't have a deity per se (at least most sects...Amidists worship a Buddha that will lead them to instant Enlightenment). The suffering is supposedly a consequence of our desires, however. and our individual existence is an illusion that must be purged from ourselves.

Bhuddists believe in evolution, not only of the species but of the soul. Each death brings you to a higher spiritual and often physical incatnation based on what needs to be learned in each lifetime. Eventually you are able to free yourself of your body and become totally spiritual!
