Of course. I dislike Catholic extremists as much as extremists who arise from any other source. There have been Catholics throughout history who've committed terrible acts in the name of the Church, and I deplore their actions right along with the blind fanaticism that might come from any other religious group.

I am catholic and yes I can, because no religion is exempt from the wing nuts, fanatics, and extremists, and in many ways religion is to blame, because it really has become a evil institution that condones the killing of Innocent people, and Islam and Christianity are the two worst religions with a violent past that helped rivers run red from bloodshed, and all in the name of God or Allah, May God have mercy on their violent souls.

Mormon extremist (aka fundamentalists) are not accepted as part of my religion.
I do not know of any mainstream LDS members who wish to kill others. I'm sure there are some though. But they would not be members in good standing.
And yes, I've met plenty of mormons who are wrong.

I can tell you from my own experiences that people are not perfect. SO my answer is....yes I can say that there are members of my religion that can and do go to extremes and that by doing so are wrong but not necessarily evil.

Yes. But are they REALLY part of "my religion" if they want to kill people? No.
No more than Islamist Militants are part of the mainstream Muslim faith. So I can't imagine blaming a religion for someone's actions. Each PERSON is responsible for his or her choices in life. I can't be responsible for other people's actions.

Yes.I can. My faith is Christian. It is wrong for anyone of my faith or any other to do physical harm because someone disagrees with you. I do not believe in doing violence and then trying to blame it on God. That's just wrong.
