You may want to try this basic idea and invent your own variations. Cooking time for this microwave recipe is approximate. You should learn your own oven's timing and get the knack after a little experience.
Put 1/2 teaspoon of butter into a microwave safe bowl and zap it for about 5 seconds at a time until it is "soft" melted but not steaming hot. Check it by stirring because the "outside" often melts last in microwave ovens. Spread the butter all around the bottom and edges of the bowl by tilting it, or, use the back of a spoon or use a small piece of paper towel.
In the meantime, crack (2-3 small or 2 med/large or 1 extra-large/jumbo) egg(s) into a small mixing bowl or a large measuring cup, remove any shell particles, add 1-to-3 teaspoons of milk or water, and use a fork to break the yolk(s) and whip the mixture until it is uniform in color and consistency.
Sprinkle the "buttered" bowl with your choices of salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, garlic, etc. Add the egg mixture followed by shredded or grated cheese, cubed ham, bacon bits, veggies or whatever you like. Microwave for a few seconds (20 - 30 max) , then thoroughly "scrape" the bottom and edges of the cooking bowl with a spoon and restir the entire mixture. Repeat the microwaving - using substantially decreasing amounts of time (Trust me on this until you get the knack because eggs go from liquid to dry very quickly!) - followed by the scraping and mixing procedure until the egg mixture appears to be "nearly" cooked and/or "very" steamy. Cease cooking and place a saucer over the top of the bowl and let the egg(s) rest for a minute or two while you prepare your toast, etc..
You may transfer the eggs to a plate or eat them directly out of the bowl (which may retain some moisture from the cooking liquids). When you are finished, you should fill both the mixing and cooking bowls with COLD water and let them soak for a while before washing it as this makes cleanup easier.
I hope that this helps and Bless YOU!!

Yes, 1 Tablespoon of milk for each egg you put in a microwave safe bowl. Add salt, pepper and any other spices you like then beat them together. Place in microwave about one minute per egg in the bowl. To check if they are done or not take a fork and make a little hole in the center if you see any runny liquid microwave them a little longer. If they are not runny they are done.
I like to make them into a breakfast sandwich with a couple pieces of toast, couple slices of cheese, some lunch meat and enjoy.

This is a super easy way, takes less than 5 minutes, no mess. You know those little bowls you see on food shows where they've already portioned their ingredients, maybe about 3/4 cup? Spray it with non-stick spray, smoosh a piece of bread in it to make a crust, crack an egg in it, put a splash of half and half on it, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar. Top with a pinch of salt, pepper, and cayenne. Nuke until the egg is set and it's hot.

If you can find a zip lock-type bag that is microwaveable, you can put the eggs in it, with whatever other things you want with it - like ham and cheese, zap it 1 minute, squish all together in the bag - and keep doing that until it's done. But be careful on what type of bag you use. Don't want it to melt onto your food. And no need to use butter.

you can actually buy a microwave omelet pan at Walmart. You beat the eggs and pour them in and it comes out in the shape of an omelet, you just add fillings and eat. I think I've seen a micro egg poacher too. I've never ever actually used these things, though...sorry :)
