a bunch of biblical quotes from him during this time? Why no journal? After all, the future of humanity and of all the animal life on the planet was hanging on the success of his Ark. Yet....nothing at all about caring for all those animals, or how the food supply was holding out, or how long they might be cooped up on the boat, or what the conditions were when the boat was finally left high and dry on Ararat. Why?

These were the last 8 surviving humans on earth for a nearly a year, and yet there is nothing from the head of the clan, and no dialog from "god" either. Amazing!!!!

I imagine, keeping the peace took a lot of his time. How could he write with all the potential noise goin' on? Seriously, maybe not much was written during this event because it was too painfully tragic for God to waste time on trivial matters in the boat, while His beloved creation outside it was being destroyed. I am sure Noah will be on hand in God's kingdom to interview, when you get there. Truth is, not even all of the details of Jesus' life are mentioned or written down in the Bible. I'd think they would be a bit more significant to include and yet they are ommitted, due to the potential weightiness of the Book'. Gosh, it's already 'too heavy' for many to pick it up and read it now!

The account of Noah was recorded by Moses. The first five books of the Bible are purported to have been authored by Moses and in the Jewish record are called the Pentateuch (I think) Being a second hand account it is abbreviated.

I don't think there is any known documents that knows what went on within Noah's Ark. And to all you atheists, if the Bible was such a fable you would think the stories in it would be well thought out and no missing pieces!! Now go contemplate on that. Anyways I believe God provided them with what they needed to survive and they did in fact..

He was on the boat for a year (365 days). During that time he was totally devoted to caring for the animals 24/7. He didn't have time to write down his thoughts or words....he was busy shovelling __it.

what makes you think anything was in Noah's control , he could not even shut the door of the ark,,, God shut it.
why write about what happened in the ship. God told him how to build it and caused it to land and kept all the animals alive..

to much concern on how Noah did it and not enough concern on .............GOD DID IT.

How is that important to us???? Does the bible tell us what Jonah did in the belly of the whale? Do I know everytime the apostles had to go #2? IT IS MEANINGLESS. Noah fed the animals and his family, scooped poop probably, that's it.
