Angel Food Cake!!!! You only add water! It has egg whites in it but you don't add them. You just add water.

I was given a recipe some time ago where you take the box of cake mix and a small box of Cook & Serve pudding (not instant). You cook up the pudding and as soon as it's done, you add it straight to the dry cake mix. No eggs, no oil. Stir it, place it in a sprayed cake pan and bake 350º 25 minutes. The recipe I received was chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding. I liked to substitute coconut cream pudding for the chocolate and then yellow cake and either the coconut cream, lemon, or pistachio puddings for the chocolate.

With the original recipe, it called for 1/2 c mini chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans - sprinkling both over the mix in the pan before baking. That became the frosting when it was cooked. Very simple and good. Very moist.
