The Legislative Branch proposes the bills. These bills are discussed in committees to see how they will or won't benefit the people of this country.
The bill is sent to the President who signs it making it a law.
The Constitution is the foundation of our government and if a newly created law goes against the Constitution,that new law is declared Null And Void. (Marbury vs. Madison 1803)

Legislature makes laws and the Judiciary interprets the laws in cases to protect the people.
