i have a pus things on my throat...?

it's not strep b/c i always get tht and i feel crapy. if feel great i jst happened to b lookin and c it....my tonsils r not swollen @ all...i'm as good as new...jst got 1 white thing on my throat. wht 2 do?

Go see a doctor. It sounds like the beginning of strep, pharyngitis or tonsillitis. You'll need antibiotics to clear it up.
