It's YOUR property, go ahead.
In Milwaukee if you feed a cat for a month it's considered yours. A lot of people set up a feeding station that has a food and water bowl, for the strays. I go through an 18 pound bag once every month and a half here, just putting out 3 cups of food a day for the strays that are in our area.
Make sure they have water available. I got a heated dog water dish for the winter and it was the best investment I ever made.

It is your lawn so you can do whatever you want, If you like having the cats in your yard it is ok to do, and it is a very nice thing to do because many cats today are stray or live in animal shelters. I mean its your decision, do whatever you think is right.

it is wonderful that you are helping these innocent cats. the only side effect is the cat is desperate and you feeding them is like offering them a home. if you can not live with some strays in your house, it migh tbe a problem. they come back for more constantly.
hope this helps :)

I don't know, but it sure is a kind thing you're doing.
Try and locate a rescue organization in your area, that may send volunteers out to rescue and "fix" those homeless strays and perhaps find them loving homes.
Good luck.

I think it should be cool. Though you might want to rent a humane trap from a shelter and get them fixed. If their are any ones that could be domesticated, you could try to find them homes.
