free photo touch ups...?

Something that is free and easy to use. I want one that you can cover up blemishes and things like that. I have posted this question a few times but they answers I got werent really what I was looking for. So please help me!

Submit the photos to me via email, with a description to each one on what you want done. I am a graphic designer and I will do it for free.
