i want to know how to make my eyes smaller cus my eyes are huge and some people call like fish and frog

Use black eyeliner. You'll need one that's waterproof. Put a fairly thick line above your upper lashes, being careful to get right down next to the base of the hairs. After this, "wetline" your lower lid--line directly on the inner rim of your lower lid, above the lower lashes.
After you've done this--check out your results. If you want to throw in a little contrast, line below your lower lashes with a colored liner (pink/red tones would be nice on you). Go easy on the mascara--long lashes "open up" your eyes.

trust me nice big eyes are better than small squinty ones, dnt make them look smaller

use darker shadows. lighter color broadens.. darker shades diminish features.
