well i drank all this coffee to stay up for 36 hours (i usually go to bed at 6-7am and i wanna go to bed earlier)
and all i had in my stomach was a box of cheez its. (like 10 servings but i ate it all anyway).

right now i'm sipping on water hoping that will help.. but i'm not hungry at all..

i don't know if my weight has anything to do with it but i'm around 100 lb.

but really.. anything to calm my stomach down and stop feeling nautious. ((i also took 2 tums))

Have some saltines and broth it will help settle your stomach and sooth your nerves. Pepto will also help and once your tummy settles you will probably be hungry but keep the food simple like toast and peanut butter and stew. Next time you need to sty up late try having some Orange Juice, cranberry juice, lots of water and mini meals every 3 hours (1/2 a sandwich, cup of soup, egg and toast, etc) it is much healthier and since you are busy not as fattening as you think. It is fine to eat at night when you are busy just don't do it all the time. Good Luck!

Well, 2 pots of coffee and a box of Cheez its will do that to you. I suggest you try to eat some protein and keep drinking the water until the caffeine clears the system, try to get a good nights sleep, take a couple of benedryl if you need to relax a bit or drink a couple of glass of wine. And then tomorrow eat healthier and stay away from coffee! Or at least drink it more moderately...

My motto: A Lil of the Hair of the Dog that Bit Ya!
Drink some more coffee
At least one more box of Cheez-Its
and this time take 4 Tums instead of 2!

Swap the water with caffeine free tea. Try to get a tea with a light flavor.

Also, eat a few saltine crackers. They will absorb some of the acids in your stomach. The flavor in the cheese its and all of the preservatives prevent it from having the same effect as saltines.

Stop drinking coffee. Coffee is a stimulant and will make your belly ache. Even though you're not hungry, EAT SOMETHING. Something light. A sandwich, small salad, whatever. Try something fizzy to sooth your stomach, like 7-up which is caffiene free.

Have u ever heard of fruits & vegetables?? I hope you're 4'8" if you're only 100 lbs. Green Tea is calming, veggies do wonders, and lay off the processed foods! Preservatives mess u up.

Why in the hell would you want to stay up for 36 hours? That's not healthy and not to mention....NOT NORMAL. Caffeine in those amounts isn't good for you. You're gonna have to just roll with it and let the coffee take it's course. That's TERRIBLE. I hope you've learned your lesson. And eat some real food for crying out loud! Hungry or not!

Do u have a death wish?? If u are sick, rest is what u need.
Staying up only drags your body down to the point of feeling worse!! Thats called common sense!! Eat better, have lots of liquids and have soup. No caffeine
