Maybe so, but I'm sure they prefer someone they know asking them out; that way it's easier to make conversation and really get into the date. It always depends on the person and where they met the person. If it's a stranger from work or school, it could be a good thing for the guy because it'll make him feel more admired than a random passerby, who probably only noticed him once.

its fine. I ask girls i dont know if they would like to go get a drink somethings, after meeting them 5 minutes before.
