i have attended meeting wth background investigators and they say that if the record is 7 years old and there has been no other situations like repeated criminal behavior than they can still qualify. i am asking anyone with law enforcement background what is the likely hood of being excepted and passing the background investigatin if the records are sealed and it has been 7 years with no other inccidents.

Depends on your State.

In SOME States getting a juvenile felony sealed restores your civil rights, including the right to gun ownership - which is required for you to be a cop. In others, it doesn't.
