The thing is, i started a new job a couple of weeks ago, im 16
& there is this girl/woman that i like. She is 21. I know its a bit
older but i really like her? Should i ask her out?

if you're getting vibes from her than go for it...if you haven't really talked to her..than you might want to get to know her a lil first. Age is nothing but a number. I was 16 when I got with my bf. Its 2 1/2 years later now and we're still going strong
