I made Spinach Lasagna. I love it . I did the trick . I bought no boil required pasta package, and fresh spinach. I did not boil the spinash. It looses its vitamins,so I just stem until it widdle down(shrinkage) . I use nutmeg, oregano, basil and some Kosher salt in my Ricotta cheese. I added some mozzarella and some parmessan. I even put capers in tomato sauce I add one large of can of any Spaghetti Sauce ,plus one large of tomato Paste.( I don't it when it juicy. I like it thicker and cleaner to eat. I cut them individually, put in a freeze proof ziploc bags and put in the freezer. It great for quick meal ready. I usually like to cook twice a week and have left over put in the frig and/or freezer.

I made Chili 2 nights ago, still eating it. The Longer you simmer it the better it tastes.
