hmm its just like 5 hours of your savior being tortured and your happy about it and right songs about his blood falling over you and wat not. so god loves you if your coverd in blood? seems kind of sadistic just another one of my many problems with christianity

Just because I liked the movie doesn't mean I enjoyed watching Christ get tortured. Heck, that's why my dad refuses to watch the movie! I don't think anyone, Christian or not, who saw the movie enjoyed watching Jesus get whipped, spat on, and beaten.
I'm not happy about Christ getting tortured and crucified but He chose to do it because He loved us. The first time I saw the film, it moved me to tears and it was very difficult to watch the torture scenes.

The problem you have with chriatianity is that you don't understand it. And from one problem stems many more problems you might hold against the religion. Can't help you here unless you open your mind and begin to understand other's beiefs from their own perspectives.

I think the movie is despicable. It is around 10 minutes of story used loosely as a framework for hours of scenes of gratuitous violence.
